Lladro The Lover II

In its ongoing search for new aesthetic paths, Lladro is working in close collaboration with internationally renowned designers. Jaime Hayon has been artistic adviser for the Spanish porcelain manufacturer since 2006 and his input has added a subversive and delightful twist to the traditional themes of the company.

The Fantasy, a carefully studied combination of the familiar - love, the family, childhood and fantastical themes - the circus, dreams the magic of the unexpected - is the first Lladro collection signed by Hayon.  The balance between expression and function makes the pieces from The Fantasy highly prized objects over and above their decorative appeal.  The "positive cross-pollination" of Hayon's world and Lladro's creates a perfect funion between delicate and superb craftsmanship and the touches of fantasy that are part of the Hayon trademark.
